Hal grew up in Osage County and is a lifelong resident of Northeast Oklahoma. He completed his undergraduate education at Oklahoma State University before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Hal’s practice focuses on civil litigation and cases involving breach of contract, property disputes, property damage, personal injury and insurance bad faith claims.
Admitted in Oklahoma State Courts and the United States Federal Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts.
