Benjamin LaCourse

Ben LaCourse is a fantastic attorney for LaCourse Law. He is also the son of Joel LaCourse. He provides litigation support across all stages of business, medical malpractice, and personal injury disputes. He also drafts and sends discovery requests to opposing counsel and relevant parties and prepares pleadings, motions, and demand letters that effectively advocate for clients’ interests.

Meet Benjamin LaCourse

Joel LaCourse has a passion for serving people. He has been defending people for over 20 years in various areas of the law. He has tried hundreds of cases ranging from catastrophic injury and workers compensation to child custody and divorce.

Joel is driven to see justice obtained on behalf of his clients. He will fight for his clients’ rights in achieving justice, however, believes this can be accomplished with uncompromising integrityunwavering professional ethics, and moral standards. You can fight and win in the legal arena, and still maintain dignity and character in doing so.

He believes his background in finance and accounting, working for what is now Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and other financial institutes gives him an advantage when evaluating estates, damages, and other financial matters. Joel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oral Roberts University and his Juris Doctor from Regent University in Virginia. He is admitted to practice in:

Joel is very active in his church where he has preached on occasion and regularly leads the men’s ministry. He is devoted to his family and wife of over 25 years. He speaks at professional organizations on numerous topics; Mediation and Dispute Resolution, Domestic Estate division, Litigation strategies. He has been an adjunct faculty at Oral Roberts University and Northeastern State University.

Joel has a core belief that a Christian Attorney should be a strong advocate, ready to fight and battle for their client. Christ was a champion for justice, even to the extent of turning over tables and challenging the highest-ranking authorities of his day. Why should we be any less passionate or aggressive if Christ is our example of advocacy?
